I'm Dilip Khatekar, founder, and director of Step Up Academy. From serving as a government officer to realizing my true calling in teaching, my journey has been a testament to the transformative power of education. 
After clearing the MPSC exams in 2015, I served in various significant administrative posts, including Chief Officer at Jalna Municipal Council and Assistant Commissioner at Aurangabad Municipal Corporation. However, my passion for teaching and mentoring students led me to establish Step Up Academy.

Drawing from my rich experience and comprehensive training at Vanamati, Nagpur, I have designed a curriculum that covers all core subjects and simplifies complex topics, ensuring your success in the challenging Government competitive exams.
